This role sits directly at the intersection of user experience design and front-end engineering, enabling you to actively plan, scope, and implement features, taking ideas from research and wireframes all the way through to polished, production-ready code.\nYou’llwork side-by-side with Product Managers, UX Designers, Software Engineers, and key stakeholders in iterative sprints to deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-performance experiences across our SaaS platform. Beyond feature delivery, you will help establishdesign system standards, build reusable UI componentlibraries, and ensure our products maintaina consistent, modern experience, all while embracing code, we'dlove to hear from you.\nWhat you will do\nDesign intuitive, user-centredexperiences for web and mobile applications.\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into elegant solutions.\n\nCreate user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs.\n\nBuild and maintainreusable front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks.\n\nPartner with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently.\n\nContribute to and maintainour design system and componentlibrary.\n\nChampion accessibility, usability, responsive design, and inclusive design best practices.\n\nConduct user research, usability testing, and analysecustomer feedback to continuously improve the user experience.\n\nWork with AI-assisted design and development tools to improve productivity and accelerate design iteration.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nStay current with UX trends, emerging technologies, and front-end best practices.\n\nWhat You Bring\n3+ years of experience in , Front-End Development, UX Engineering, Product Design, or a similar role.\n\nExperience designing and building modern web applications.\n\nStrong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.\n\nExperience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma (preferred) or similar design tools.\n\nStrong front-end development experience using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\nSolid understanding ofresponsive design, and modern UI frameworks.\n\nExperience working with component-based design systems.\n\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.\n\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.\n\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nA portfolio demonstrating UX design and front-end implementation work.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, UX Engineering, Digital Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience working on SaaS products.\n\nExperience with React Native or mobile-first design.\n\nExperience using design systems such as Material Design or custom enterprise design systems.\n\nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD workflows.\n\nExperience leveragingAI tools such as ClaudeDesign, Copilot, Figma AI, or
