You'lllead a team of talented software engineers, helping them build high-quality software while creating an environment where they can do their best work.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'llbalance technical delivery with coaching, mentoring, and team development. Working closely with Product, UX and Engineering leaders, you'llhelp drive technical decisions, improve engineering practices, and deliver solutions that make a real impact for thousands of customers worldwide.\nWhat you’lldo\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, creating a positive and high-performing team culture.\n\nPartner with Product Managers and stakeholders to plan, prioritise, and deliver engineering work.\n\nProvidetechnical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nHelp design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.\n\nDrive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.\n\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, and career development for team members.\n\nRemove blockers and help the team deliver high-quality software on time.\n\nCollaborate with other engineering teams to ensure consistency and alignment across the organisation.\n\nMonitor team performance and identifyopportunities to improve processes and delivery.\n\nWhat You Bring\nExperience leading or mentoring software engineering teams in an Agile environment.\n\nStrong software development background with experience in .NET, React, React Native, and other similar technologies, as well as strong background working in both the Azure and AWS cloud platforms\n\nExperience delivering cloud-based SaaS applications.\n\nStrong understanding of software architecture, engineering best practices, and modern development methodologies.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience coaching engineers and supporting their professional development.\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\n\nA collaborative leadership style with a passion for
