You will help shape the future of Minitab’s software delivery processes, infrastructure reliability, and overall engineering excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop & Maintain Infrastructure and Deployment Pipelines\nDesign, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.\nHelp manage and maintain development and production infrastructure, ensuring environments are stable, scalable, secure, and suitable for continuous testing and delivery.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation to address urgent infrastructure issues and support system reliability.\nChange Requests & Infrastructure Support\nManage requests across systems and environments, including updates to settings, permissions, and components.\nProvide timely support for infrastructure-related issues to minimize disruption and improve service quality.\nMaintain documentation and procedures for request handling and issue resolution to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.\nCommunication & Collaboration\nCommunicate progress and status of assigned work in accordance with team and company practices.\nParticipate in code reviews, seeking and incorporating feedback from teammates, reviewers, and domain experts.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals and deliverables on schedule.\nContinuous Learning & Development\nStay current with new technologies, trends, and best practices in the DevOps field.\nActively explore emerging tools and methodologies to drive continuous process improvement.\nApply new knowledge to enhance infrastructure performance, scalability, security, and efficiency.\nCore Competencies (Korn Ferry Framework)\nTech Savvy: Anticipates and adopts emerging technologies and digital innovations.\nAction Oriented: Tackles challenges with urgency, enthusiasm, and high energy.\nCollaborates: Builds strong partnerships and works effectively with others.\nManages Complexity: Breaks down complex problems using critical thinking and structured approaches.\nNimble Learning: Experiments, learns quickly, and uses successes and failures as growth opportunities.\nCommunicates Effectively: Adjusts communication style to meet the needs of diverse audiences.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.\nUnderstanding of infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).\nProficiency with scripting languages and configuration management tools.\nExperience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).\nAbility to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.\nThis is an onsite position at our State College, PA headquarters and candidates must be within commutable distance of State College, PA for consideration.
