This is a hands-on leadership and transformation opportunity for an experienced IT executive who knows how to balance business continuity with modernization. The Director will strengthen day-to-day service delivery while building the operating discipline, roadmaps, ownership models, and capabilities required to support Minitab’s continued growth, global workforce, acquisitions, AI adoption, and enterprise-system (ERP) modernization.\nThe successful candidate will be equally comfortable developing strategy with senior leaders, building strong teams, and getting close enough to the work to understand where processes, systems, and services need to improve.\nWhat We're Looking For: An experienced technology leader with broad internal IT leadership experience and a record of improving both operations and organizational capability located in State College, PA at our Global HQ's.\nExperience\n12+ years of progressive information technology experience.\nAt least five years leading managers or multidisciplinary IT teams in a complex business environment.\nBroad leadership experience spanning workplace technology, infrastructure, ITservice management, enterprise applications, data and reporting platforms,identity, vendors, and operational continuity.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, endpoint and network operations, identity and access, monitoring, backup and recovery, enterprise applications, integrations, data platforms, and automation.\nDemonstrated success stabilizing critical services, reducing key-person risk,consolidating fragmented teams or systems, and modernizing enterprise technology without disrupting operations.\nExperience implementing security controls, managing remediation, supporting audits and privacy obligations, and partnering effectively with an independent security organization.\nExperience managing IT budgets, forecasts, vendors, contracts, licensing, cloud and SaaS costs, and technology lifecycle decisions.\nA bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering,Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nWhy Join Minitab?
