Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to recruiting processes, candidate engagement, and the systems and practices that help attract and hire talent.\nThrough mentorship, regular feedback, and cross-departmental collaboration, you will strengthen your communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills while building a foundation for a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communications.\nAssist with reviewing job postings for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.\nConduct research on talent markets, recruiting practices, and other topics that support hiring priorities.\nParticipate in career fairs to identify candidates for annual internship program.\nHelp maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records in the applicant tracking system.\nAssist with internship program coordination and recruitment activities during peak hiring periods.\nContribute to recruiting reports, presentations, and process improvement projects.\nParticipate in regular check-ins with team members and mentors to review progress, receive feedback, and build professional skills.\nPresent project findings, progress, and recommendations to the team.\nExplore opportunities to shadow colleagues across departments to broaden business knowledge and build professional connections.\nCompetencies\nBeing Resilient: Rebounding from setbacks and adapting when facing challenges.\nDrives Results: Following through on assignments and achieving results.\nEnsures Accountability: Taking ownership of responsibilities and meeting commitments.\nQualifications\nMust be enrolled full-time and actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.\nStudents in their junior year of a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field are preferred.\nDemonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.\nInterest in research and problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and handle confidential information with discretion.\nCandidates Should expect the following: \nA structured intern program offering social activities and networking opportunities with other interns as well as Minitab colleagues including our CEO.
