Assignments may include some combination of day, evening, online, Saturday, and/or off-campus classes.\nInstructor is responsible for:\nProvide classroom instruction, evaluate and advise students.\nDevelop and/or revise curriculum.\nParticipate in department meetings, program advisory committee meetings, and collegewide events.\nMaintain technical knowledge in the field through active participation in professional development organizations and events.\nPromote and recruit programs within and outside of the College.\nPromote diversity and cultural competency.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Academic Dean or Vice President of Academic Affairs.\nSalary Range:\nPlease note that the full salary range for a nine-month, academic year appointment is $43,067 - $94,542; initial salary placement for new Minnesota State College faculty is between $43,067 and $71,893 with a 2.5% wage differential, depending on academic credentials and years of creditable professional experience.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nTwo-year diploma in an electrician program or completion of a registered electrician apprenticeship program.\nFour full-time (or equivalent) years of verified related paid work experience as a licensed electrician in residential and commercial.\nOne year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field.
