Participate in department meetings, program advisory committee meetings, and college-wide events.\n\nMaintain professional and technical knowledge in the field through active participation in professional development organizations and events.\n\nPromote and recruit for program within and outside of the College.\n\nPromote diversity and cultural competency.\n\nSalary Range:\nTemporary part-time faculty are paid at aprorationof $43,067 - $71,893. Salary schedule placement isdeterminedon the basis ofeducation and experience andin accordance withthe 2025 - 2027 Master Agreement between the Minnesota State Board of Trustees and the Minnesota State College Faculty.\nMinimum Qualifications\nDiploma or associate degree in nursing.\n\nFour full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience of direct patient care, one year must be in long term care.\n\nOne year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.\n\nCurrent Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.\n\nPreferred Qualification\nExperience teaching CNA courses.\n\nExperience teaching in a higher education setting.\n\nExperience teaching and supporting diverse learners.\n\nOther Requirements\nApplicant resumes and cover letters should address the minimum and preferred qualifications for this position.
