If you’re energetic, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we’d love to have you on board!\nAbout the job:\nMaintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.\nComplete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.\nCollaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.\nAdhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.\nUsing specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.\nBuilding strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to help foster a positive, respectful work environment.\nShift Details (subject to change):\nRotating roster across Monday to Sunday\nShifts starting between 8:00 am and 9.00am\nHourly Rates (excluding superannuation):\nMonday - Friday: $33.85 per hour\nSaturday: $40.62 per hour\nSunday: $47.39 per hour\n Successful candidates will have:\nPrior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.\nBasic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).\nGood physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.\nProfessional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.\nStrong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.\nA positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.\nAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays\n At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
