Working closely with the housekeeping team and contractors, you’ll lead and support daily operations to uphold outstanding standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.\nJob Responsibilities:\nEnsure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and high presentation standards.\nSupervise and support the housekeeping team, promoting a productive and professional workplace culture.\nOversee on-the-job training to ensure consistent procedures and quality standards.\nMaintain accurate housekeeping records, including daily logs, inventory reports, and maintenance requests.\nCollaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.\nShift Details (subject to change):\nRotating roster across Monday to Sunday\nMust be available to work weekends\nShifts starting between 8:00 am and 9.00am\nHourly Rates (excluding superannuation):\nMonday - Friday: $27.97 per hour\nSaturday: $34.96 per hour\nSunday: $41.96 per hour\n To be successful in this role you will have:\nPrevious experience in supervising or managing housekeeping operations.\nExperience controlling and maintaining budgets, all operating supplies, replacements and consumables.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent time management and organisational skills.\nA sharp eye for detail and the ability to set and uphold high cleanliness standards.\n At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
