varietals and producers.\nAssist with wine inventory stock rotation and cellar organization.\nParticipate in regular wine tastings and training sessions.\nproper storage handling and presentation of all wines.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the wine cellar and service areas.\nStay updated on industry trends and emerging wine producers or regions.\nUphold excellent guest service standards and contribute to the overall dining experience.\nPromote continuous development and refinement of cocktails offered at the outlets.\nImplement effective cost control practices.\nManage POS (micros) buttons and pricing.\nTrack and maintain the cocktail menu across all outlets.\nMaintain a comprehensive database of standard drink recipes.\nSet and enforce quality and quantity standards for drinks.\nConduct regular quality assurance audits across all outlets.\nLead new beverage promotions and contribute creative ideas to ensure their success.\nApply knowledge and continual learning to the purchase storage and control of bar items.\nPerform opening and closing duties.\nOversee glassware cleaning storage and conduct weekly inventory.\nSupport all aspects of guest service and uphold core standards.\nEnsure the bar area maintains a positive visual appeal including ambiance cleanliness.\nMaintain a preventive cleaning and maintenance program for glassware and wine service equipment.\nMonitor and manage operating supplies reporting any maintenance needs.\n\nQualifications: \n2 years restaurant and/or luxury wine experience\nExcellent knowledge of wines spirits and mixed drinks\nStrong commitment to service\nWSET Level 2 (or equivalent) or a strong interest in pursuing wine education.\nMultilingual skills are a plus in international or luxury
