Job Purpose:

ปฏิบัติงานในด้านการรับโทรศัพท์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ช่วยเหลืองานบริการทั่วไปของสำนักงาน เช่น ประทับตราจอดรถและบัตรจอดรถ การแจ้งแม่บ้านให้บริการเครื่องดื่ม ต้อนรับแขกที่มาติดต่อกับพนักงานใน Office

Main Duties:

• รับโทรศัพท์ ด้วยความถูกต้อง และมีประสิทธิภาพ อย่างสุภาพ
• ช่วยดูแลความเรียบร้อยบริเวณโถงรับแขก และห้องประชุมชั้น 11-12
• โทรแจ้งพนักงานให้มารับผู้มาติดต่อที่บริเวณโถงรับรองแขกที่ชั้น 12 เท่านั้น ไม่อนุญาตให้แขกเดินเข้าบริเวณสำนักงานโดยไม่มีพนักงานมารับ
• พัสดุส่วนตัวของพนักงาน ต้องให้คนส่งโทรติดต่อพนักงาน และขึ้นมารับของที่ชั้น 12 เท่านั้น
• แจ้งแม่บ้านให้บริการเครื่องดื่มของผู้มาติดต่อในห้องประชุม
• ประทับตราบัตรจอดรถผู้มาติดต่อ และทำรายงานสรุปค่าใชัจ่ายเป็นรายเดือน
• บริหารจัดการการจองห้องประชุม
• ดูแล อุปกรณ์ ที่ใช้ในห้องประชุม เช่น ปากกา แปรงลบกระดาน ต้องพร้อมใช้งาน
• ตรวจสอบและประสานงานกับพนักงานที่จองห้อง เรื่อง facilities ที่ต้องการ
• แจ้งแม่บ้านจัดห้องประชุมตาม layout และเตรียม facilities ตามที่พนักงานขอ
• ตรวจเช็คการเข้าใช้ห้องประชุม และสรุปส่งเป็นรายเดือน
• ต่อสายโทรศัพท์ให้ Mr. Heinecke และตามผู้บริหารมาพบตามรายชื่อที่ส่งมา
