products for customers in Ukraine, Europe, and other markets.\n\nAs the company continues to grow, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will strengthen our product and technology direction and help us scale and elevate our products to a new level.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAnalyze operational processes and usage scenarios of parcel lockers and other OOH solutions from the perspective of operators, customers, and end users\n\nWork with requirements spanning software, hardware, and embedded solutions simultaneously, taking into account the interdependencies between them\n\nAnalyze operational and product data (occupancy, turnover, dwell time, redirections, etc.) to identify opportunities for product and network optimization\n\nGather, analyze, and formalize business, user, and functional requirements\n\nTranslate business needs into clear and understandable requirements for technical teams\n\nAnalyze and describe business processes, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement\n\nCreate and maintain business requirements, functional requirements, and other necessary documentation\n\nBreak down complex requirements to a level understandable for technical teams\n\nWork together with Delivery Managers to define scope of work, priorities, and expected outcomes\n\nIdentify dependencies, constraints, risks, and potential conflicts within requirements\n\nEnsure requirements traceability throughout their entire lifecycle — from gathering the need to implementation and verification of the result\n\nCollaborate with developers and technical specialists to clarify requirements and find optimal solutions\n\nCommunicate with international customers to clarify requirements, align expectations, and provide support at all stages of cooperation\n\nCollaborate with the QA team on preparing test scenarios and acceptance criteria\n\nParticipate in team activities necessary for task delivery\n\nKeep the backlog and its related documentation up to date\n\nAnalyze requirement changes and assess their impact on scope, timelines, resources, and related functionality\n\nValidate implemented functionality against business requirements and expected outcomes\n\nParticipate in UAT and support stakeholders during functionality acceptance\n\nConduct data analysis and use it to validate hypotheses and support product decisions\n\nContinuously improve processes for working with requirements, documentation, and cross-team collaboration\n\nRequirements\n\n1–2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst\n\nExperience working with products combining software, hardware, and/or embedded solutions is a plus\n\nStrong skills in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements (business/functional/non-functional requirements)\n\nExperience with requirements documentation (User Stories, BRD/FRD, etc.)\n\nAnalytical mindset, ability to work with data and draw product conclusions from it\n\nExperience working with international customers\n\nUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, experience working in cross-functional teams\n\nAbility to decompose complex requirements and manage dependencies and
