The selected consultant will work independently, bringing their specialized knowledge and experience to our projects. \n\nResponsibilities \n\nDevelop and maintain a robust Data Warehouse using Snowflake and DBT \n\nDesign, build, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines \n\nImplement and manage workflows using Airflow, Kubernetes, and AWS services \n\nDeploy and manage data warehouses to support scalable analytics \n\nEnsure data quality, security, and performance in all data operations \n\nThis role will be a great fit if you have \n\nAdvanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and organization \n\nSolid understanding of DBT for ETL purposes \n\nPractical experience with Airflow for workflow management \n\nExperience working with Snowflake infrastructure \n\nBackground in designing scalable data architectures and pipelines \n\nFamiliarity with relational database systems and, ideally, exposure to Apache Druid \n\n4-5 years of relevant experience, with a professional level between strong middle and senior \n\nA Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred) \n\nInterview Process \n\nCandidates can expect the following steps in our interview process: \n\nHR Video Interview (30 minutes): A virtual interview with HR to provide an overview of the company and the role, as well as to gain insight into your experience and background. \n\nTechnical Interview with Tech Leadership team (1 hour): A virtual interview with the Head of Engineering and team leads focused on your technical expertise, past experience, and problem-solving approach. Expect deep dives into current challenges such as scaling data pipelines, improving developer velocity, managing service migrations, and optimizing cloud costs. We'll also explore specific use cases like handling data spikes, enhancing observability in distributed systems, and refactoring legacy components. \n\nInterview with CPTO (30 minutes): A high-level conversation with our CPTO to align on technical vision, product thinking, and leadership style.
