This is a hands-on creative role with a strong focus on graphic design, digital content creation, and brand execution. You will play a key role in defining how the brand looks and feels online, creating compelling digital assets that engage customers and elevate the customer experience, supporting across both the new brand and Mint Velvet ouput.\nWorking closely with the wider marketing, social and ecommerce teams, you will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets that maintain brand consistency, support campaigns and help drive commercial performance.\nThe Role\nDigital Design & Creative Production\nCreate engaging digital assets across multiple channels, including website, email, social media and paid advertising.\nDesign homepage banners, campaign assets, category graphics, landing pages and editorial content.\nSupport the creation of assets for organic social content and paid social campaigns.\nEnsure all creative output is aligned with the brand identity and maintains a premium, consistent aesthetic.\nContribute ideas and creative concepts that enhance brand storytelling and customer engagement.\nWork alongside the wider marketing team to bring seasonal campaigns, product launches and key trading moments to life.\nBrand & Visual Experience\nHelp shape and evolve the visual identity of a new fashion brand from launch onwards.\nEnsure a consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints.\nMaintain high standards of design, typography, imagery selection and visual presentation.\nStay up to date with design trends, fashion brands and digital creative best practice.\nWebsite Content Support\nSupport the maintenance of website content through Shopify, updating creative assets and campaign content as required.\nEnsure website imagery and content remain accurate, visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.\nAssist with the setup and execution of new campaigns, collections and seasonal launches.\nThe duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description are not exhaustive and may be amended from time to time. The successful candidate may be required to undertake other reasonable duties as required by the business.\nWhat You'll Have\nMinimum 2 years' experience in a graphic design or digital design role, ideally within fashion, retail or a consumer brand.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating digital creative work across websites, social media, email and marketing campaigns.\nAdvanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.\nExcellent understanding of layout, typography, colour, imagery and brand consistency.\nStrong creative instinct with the confidence to contribute new ideas and concepts.\nAn appreciation for fashion, visual storytelling and premium brand presentation.\nCommercial awareness and an understanding of how strong creative supports customer engagement and sales performance.\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different functions and respond positively to feedback.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.\nA proactive, hands-on approach and eagerness to contribute in a fast-paced start-up environment.\nHigh attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to an exceptional standard.\n Nice to Have\nExperience using Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.\nExperience designing paid social, CRM/email or performance marketing assets.\nUnderstanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition channels.\nBasic knowledge of ecommerce and online retail environments.\nYou'll Be Rewarded With\nCompetitive starting salary and great career prospects in a fast paced and growing business\n25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and a day off on your birthday\nCompany-funded private health insurance\nDiscretionary bonus scheme\n50% staff discount\nInterest-free Season ticket loan\nBespoke induction support and ongoing development to help you thrive in your new role\nSummer hours -
