Someone who can bring a brand to life through moving image, from high-quality campaign films and editorial fashion content to fast-paced social videos, behind-the-scenes moments and engaging product-led storytelling.\nOur Values:\n\nWith Soul. Collaborative.\nThe Role\nWorking closely with the Creative Lead, Content Creators, Graphic Designers and wider Marketing team, you’ll help shape and deliver a distinctive visual identity across all brand touchpoints.\n\nVideo Production & Filming\nShoot a wide range of video content, from monthly fashion editorials to social-first content, product videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and lo-fi working at MV content.\nLead filming from lighting set-up through to execution, confidently working across studio, location and Head Office.\nAdapt your filming style to suit different platforms and formats. \nA strong understanding of movement, styling, lighting, composition, and pacing.\nConfidently operate cameras, lighting and sound equipment, ensuring consistently high production standards.\nWork collaboratively on set, following a brief to bring together creative ideas and solutions while responding to direction and evolving briefs.\nEditing & Post-Production\nOwn the end-to-end editing process, from ingesting and organising footage through to colour grading, sound design, music selection, motion graphics and final delivery.\nCreate engaging edits for Instagram, TikTok, paid advertising, website, CRM and wider brand campaigns.\nDeliver content in multiple formats, aspect ratios and durations, optimising edits for each channel and its audience.\nDevelop a strong sense of pacing, rhythm and storytelling, using sound, transitions and visual techniques to create compelling content.\nManage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.\nMaintain an organised workflow and archive of footage, edits and project files.\nAI & Creative Innovation\nActively explore and apply AI tools across video production, editing and post-production.\nExperiment with AI-generated video and image, visual effects, set extensions, background generation and other emerging creative techniques where appropriate.\nIdentify opportunities to use AI to enhance campaign concepts, create innovative visual treatments and bring ideas to life that may be difficult to achieve through traditional production alone.\nUnderstand how to integrate AI-generated assets with live-action footage to create cohesive, high-quality content.\n Creative Collaboration & Brand Storytelling\nWork closely with the Creative Lead to translate creative direction into impactful moving-image content.\nContribute ideas during editing, sharing references, treatments and fresh perspectives to campaigns.\nCollaborate with Content Creators and Graphic Design team to create joined-up content that connects fashion, product and brand storytelling.\nStay informed on fashion, social media, film, photography and wider cultural trends to continually evolve the brand’s creative output.\nWhat You'll Have\nProven experience as a fashion videographer, video editor or in a similar creative role.\nExcellent filming and editing skills, with proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. \nA strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, colour grading, sound and visual storytelling.\nPractical experience using AI tools within a creative workflow, with a genuine interest in exploring new AI-powered video and production techniques.
