The incumbent will also be expected to assist with construction project management.\nJob description\nKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:\nContract Documentation:\nPrepare full tender and contract documents and compile all specifications for applicable works ensuring that all documents accurately capture the nature, size and scope of the project.\nMeasure quantities from drawings, designs and on site to prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates for heavy earthworks and mine rehabilitation.\nConducting pre-feasibility studies and community engagement.\nConduct feasibility analysis and project scoping -
