The role ensures the timely and accurate coordination of product collection, data processing, workflow administration, and stakeholder communications to support the delivery of high-quality product innovation data across global markets.\nWorking closely with GNPD Operations, Coverage teams, Field Associates, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Coordinator helps maintain operational efficiency, data quality standards, and service delivery excellence.\nWhat You Will Be Doing: \nFreelance Field Associate Management \nOversee the entire freelance employment lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, training, ongoing relationship management, and offboarding when necessary.\nManage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.\nData Analysis And Insights\nAnalyse numerical statistics and data to identify market trends, and areas for coverage quality improvement.\nConvert analysis into appropriate actions to direct the Field Associates and also in development of methodologies.\nConduct ad-hoc research projects to support business objectives. \nMarket Research\nAttend trade events to stay updated on industry trends\nMonitor new product launches for FMCGs through various online tools such as social media, e-commerce and trade websites\nResearch relevant online and print information to identify potential new products.\nCreate \"shopping lists\" of new products to support the Field Associate network.\nMethodology Continuous Improvement\nContribute to the development and refinement of methodologies for data collection, analysis, and reporting.\nEnsure consistency and accuracy in data collection processes.\nCommunication And Collaboration\nMaintain effective communication with contacts through email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.\nCollaborate across teams (Operation team, Commercial team, Analysts) to ensure alignment and support.\n\nWho We Are Looking For: \nRequired\nPrevious experience in a Coordination, Operations, Administration, Research Support, or Data Management role ideal, or prior internship experience\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nDesire to understand products, markets, data, and processes, and a willingness to challenge the status quo
