We’re looking for a commercially minded data leader to shape how data, reporting and insight are governed and used across our global commercial organisation.\nThis is not simply a dashboard delivery role. You’ll own the commercial data and reporting strategy, establish consistent KPI definitions, and lead the development and governance of our Microsoft Fabric and Power BI capabilities. Your work will create greater trust, consistency and scalability across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Service, Finance and Revenue Operations.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nOwn and evolve our commercial data strategy and governance framework.\nEstablish clear ownership and stewardship for critical commercial data.\nLead the roadmap and operating model for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.\nDefine standards for semantic models, data modelling, dashboards, datasets, workspaces and certified reporting.\nOversee the Bronze, Silver and Gold layers of our commercial data architecture.\nCreate trusted definitions for metrics including ARR, net new business, pipeline, forecast, customer adoption and renewals.\nImprove commercial data quality by addressing root causes and establishing measurable remediation plans.\nReduce duplicated, conflicting and manually maintained reports.\nEnable effective self-service analytics without compromising governance, security or trust.\nPartner with senior stakeholders to ensure executive and operational reporting supports faster, more confident decisions. \nWhat we’re looking for\nYou’ll bring:\nAt least five years’ experience in data, reporting, analytics or business intelligence leadership.\nStrong experience establishing practical data governance frameworks.\nExpert-level Power BI capability, including semantic models, reporting architecture, governance and adoption.\nExperience leading reporting or analytics initiatives in a complex organisation.\nStrong KPI definition and metric-governance expertise.\nWorking knowledge of data modelling and SQL, with the ability to guide design decisions and challenge data quality.\nExcellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nThe ability to combine strategic ownership with practical, hands-on delivery. \nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Revenue Operations, customer analytics or
