As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales deals for our supply chain finance solutions.\nResponsibilities:\n1) Sales Execution:\n- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.\n- Understand client requirements and tailor the Supply Chain Finance product offering to meet their specific needs.\n- Present pricing, terms, and conditions to clients and negotiate agreements to close sales deals.\n- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.\n2) Relationship Management:\n- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.\n- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.\n- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell our products.\n3) Sales Reporting and Analysis:\n- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.\n- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.\n- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.\n4) Market Intelligence:\n- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.\n- Continuously enhance product knowledge and remain well-informed about supply chain finance concepts and practices.\nQualifications and Requirements:\n- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.\n- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the distribution sector (FMCG/FMCD/Paints/Wires/Batteries/Tyres, etc).\n- Understanding of supply chain finance or working capital solutions is desirable.\n- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.\n- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.\n- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.\n- Comfort in using CRM software and other sales tools.\n- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry
