If you’re excited about making investing more accessible, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat you'll do\nAs our AML Analyst, you will help safeguard Mintos by conducting Enhanced Due Diligence reviews of investors (natural and legal persons) across Europe and other jurisdictions, in line with Latvian AML/CTF requirements. You will assess risk, analyse source of funds and source of wealth, and make evidence-based decisions on whether investors fall within the Mintos risk appetite. Alongside your caseload, you will contribute to ad hoc projects, including initiatives that use AI to make our analysis more efficient and consistent.\nYou will:\n· Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence reviews of high-risk investors.\n· Produce clear, structured, and evidence-based EDD case narratives, including source of funds and source of wealth analysis.\n· Assess financial documentation, beneficial ownership structures, corporate registry data, and adverse media across multiple jurisdictions.\n· Make well-reasoned, risk-based decisions and document conclusions in a way that withstands regulatory scrutiny.\n· Communicate with investors and internal stakeholders to obtain the required due diligence information.\n· Support the development and maintenance of EDD procedures, Work Instructions, and internal quality standards.\n· Contribute ideas and hands-on input to AI-supported tools and process improvements, for example AI-assisted case review or quality assurance.\n· Stay current on AML/CTF regulations, typologies, and best practices relevant to investor due diligence.\n· Contribute to a strong AML compliance culture across the organisation.\nYour professional skills and background:\nAt least 2 years of experience in AML compliance, with a strong focus on KYC of legal entities.\nProven ability to analyse complex cases involving multi-jurisdictional structures, UBO determination, and varied source of funds documentation.\nExcellent written and verbal English. You will be assessed on your ability to write concise, professional, and precise EDD narratives.\nSolid understanding of AML/CTF regulations and risk-based approach principles in a European regulatory context. Experience with Latvian AML regulations is an advantage.\nExperience working with international customers and reviewing documentation from various jurisdictions.\nAbility to work independently, manage your own caseload, and prioritise effectively under pressure.\nA problem-solving mindset and the confidence to make and stand behind risk-based decisions.\nPractical experience with AI tools in your work, or a genuine curiosity about how AI can support compliance analysis.
