Operations Manager (Mid to Senior)

What you'll do

This is one of the highest-exposure roles at Mintos. As our Operations Manager, you'll own a broad, cross-functional portfolio of projects that touch the entire company, spotting new business opportunities, building the KPIs teams run on, and untangling processes no one has mapped yet. The specific projects will change; the constant is company-wide impact and a real fast track to grow.

You'll turn Mintos' scaling, regulatory, and product needs into clear, well-documented workflows to ensure Mintos grows without friction. It's hands-on, and suits someone who likes both complex business-development challenges and the messy detail underneath them.

What makes or breaks the role: you'll work with every team and drive execution across them, aligning people who don't report to you and making things land. You'll report to the Head of Operations and work daily with Operations, Product, Finance, Compliance, and Engineering.

You will:

• Own a cross-functional initiative portfolio: drive projects spanning multiple teams, keep them moving, and make sure they land

• Launch new projects and initiatives that drive scaling and business growth from spotting the opportunity to standing up the process behind it

• Pick up the ownerless quick wins - high-value improvements that fall between teams and get them done

• Design and improve operational processes end to end: map current workflows, find bottlenecks, redesign for scale, and document them so they're repeatable, automation- and audit-ready

• Keep operations measurable: help teams define the KPIs and OKRs that matter and set up simple ways to track whether initiatives actually work

• Build compliance and product requirements into how processes work: sound by default, without turning the team into legal experts

What success looks like in your first year

• Several cross-team initiatives shipped that measurably improved how Mintos scales

• Core operational processes mapped, redesigned, and documented with clear owners and metrics where there were none

• Teams running on KPIs/OKRs they trust, and a visible reduction in work that falls through the cracks between teams

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced international business environment

• A track record of driving cross-functional projects to completion, including aligning stakeholders you don't manage

• Strong analytical skills: you break complex problems into smaller ones, work comfortably with data, and make decisions with it

• Experience designing or improving processes, ideally toward automation

• A degree in finance, economics, business, or an equivalent analytical background

• Comfort operating in a regulated environment (Mintos is MiFID II-licensed and transitioning to a bank)

• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to make an impact, with a get-things-done mindset

• The ability to make a strong business case and win people over to help you execute.
