You will partner with teams across DnA, Engineering, Product, and Operations to build scalable ways of working, improve delivery visibility, and enable effective cross-functional collaboration.\n\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nJira platform administration and architecture — 70%:\nConfiguration, architecture, and platform hygiene: \nOwn the end-to-end configuration of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud.\nDesign, build, and maintain workflows, transitions, validators, conditions, post-functions, screen schemes, custom fields, and issue types.\nConfigure and manage JSM service desks, request catalogs, customer portals, queues, SLA timers and calendars, and knowledge-base integrations.\nRegularly review custom fields, schemes, boards, and configurations to maintain a clean, scalable, and high-performing platform.\n\nAutomation, integrations, and tooling: \nDesign, deploy, and maintain Jira Automation rules that reduce manual effort, standardize handoffs, and synchronize ticket states across teams.\nMaintain and enhance integrations across MiQ's enterprise toolchain, including Okta, Slack, GitHub or Bitbucket, webhooks, and REST API connections.\nUse Atlassian REST APIs and scripting to support bulk updates, compliance audits, reporting, and custom data synchronization.\n\nLicense, storage, and security governance: \nMonitor Atlassian Cloud storage, manage attachment lifecycles, archive aged projects and tickets, and run regular cleanup routines.\nAudit users and licenses to optimize tier usage and de-provision inactive accounts.\nEnforce role-based access controls, manage vendor and external-user permissions, and support adherence to ISO and SOC 2 compliance requirements.\n\nDashboards and reporting: \nBuild advanced JQL filters, shared agile dashboards, and cross-project views that give leadership and team managers clear delivery visibility.\n\nAI-enabled efficiency at scale: \nIdentify and implement practical use cases for Atlassian AI capabilities, including Rovo, to improve knowledge discovery, ticket triage, request routing, summarization, and self-service across teams.\nEstablish appropriate data, access, and governance guardrails for AI-enabled workflows, and measure adoption, time saved, and service-quality improvements.\n\nScrum and agile delivery facilitation — 30%:\nSprint ceremonies and cadence: \nFacilitate sprint planning, helping squads define sprint goals, estimate stories, and commit to realistic backlogs based on historical capacity.\nRun focused daily stand-ups that surface progress, risks, and dependencies.\nCoordinate sprint reviews and demos with product owners and business stakeholders.\nFacilitate retrospectives, translate insights into actionable improvements, and track follow-through across delivery cycles.\n\nBacklog health and blocker removal: \nPartner with Product Owners and Squad Leads to maintain healthy backlogs and ensure work meets the Definition of Ready, including clear acceptance criteria.\nIdentify, track, and remove delivery blockers, process dependencies, and cross-squad bottlenecks.\nChampion agile practices, team accountability, and adherence to the Definition of Done.\n\nAgile analytics and delivery metrics: \nTrack and present delivery metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown and burnup, cumulative flow, cycle time, and lead time.\nUse Jira's native agile reports to provide data-driven visibility into capacity, predictability, and sprint health.\n\nWho are your stakeholders?
