Rtg., custom segmentation, etc.\nBuild automated solutions for strategic accounts for better client engagement.\nNew Data/API explorations and integration: Execution, measure adoption, and impact.\nIdentify automation opportunities and collaborate with the analyst for execution.\nProvide technical expertise to the team in Python/R, Spark, Databricks, SQL, etc., and ensure tech best practices through code optimizations.\nFunction as a stakeholder for key products to provide new feature testing, feature improvement, and recommendations to improve the MiQ product suite.\nProactive involvement in central DNA initiatives and arranging knowledge-sharing sessions.\nResponsible for mentoring and guiding analysts and interns on core analytics competencies and the programmatic/MiQ landscape.\nActive participation in hiring and onboarding initiatives for analysts and interns.\nAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, on day-to-day deliverables.\nWork collaboratively with peers and business/technical teams.\nFocus on timely execution and quality of delivery with an attitude to excel.\nPassionate about data analysis, continuous learning, and professional development to keep up with the fast-paced environment.\nGuide and mentor analysts and new members of the team.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent quantitative field (such as statistics, mathematics, or economics).\n2+ years' experience in the analytics domain.\nWorking knowledge of Python/R.\nProficient in advanced SQL/Hive/Presto, Excel, and MS PowerPoint.\nAbility to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.\nExperience in handling large datasets and deriving insights from them.\nData visualization skills.\nProgrammatic media/ad-tech domain knowledge.\nKnowledge of big data processing tools like Qubole/Databricks/Spark.\nKnowledge of Tableau/PowerBI/Google Data Studio.\nAPI Integrations >
