feedback.\nDrive brainstorming sessions/ Hackathons/sharing best cases within the team or externally.\nRequirements:\nExperienced coder in Python/R.\nStrong understanding of ML algos and applications.\nExperienced in SQL and good hands-on Excel.\nExperience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.\nAbility to write and productionize data pipelines and ML models in a cloud-based environment.\nExperience working at scale using (Pyspark/Rspark).\nStrong hands-on experience applying ML techniques to business problems.\nShould have a good understanding of statistics.\nGood measurement-minded frame for measuring the impact of ML models.\n4+ years of experience in applying machine learning, statistical pattern recognition, and data mining algorithms to prediction problems.\nMaintaining code versions and experience working in an agile mode.\nA can-do attitude, with a dream to grow alongside
