The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and ensuring strong financial controls while partnering with senior management to support business growth.\nThis role is ideal for a finance professional with excellent analytical skills, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of financial management and regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.\nMonitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.\nDevelop and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.\nEnsure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards.\nManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.\nCoordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.\nAnalyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.\nSupport senior management with strategic financial planning and business decision-making.\nLead, mentor, and develop the finance team.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\nProfessional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA is highly preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.\nProven experience managing corporate treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working capital management, and banking relationships.\nHands-on experience securing debt financing, negotiating banking facilities, or raising funds through financial institutions or other funding sources is highly preferred.\nStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.\nExperience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nExperience working in Oman or GCC countries is an advantage.\nFluent in English;
