Responsibilities\nManage the end-to-end (360°) recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, onboarding, and joining.\nDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of commission-only Real Estate Agents.\nSource candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.\nConduct initial screening, interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments.\nClearly communicate the company's commission-only structure, expectations, and business model to prospective agents.\nWork closely with management to understand hiring requirements and recruitment targets.\nMaintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.\nCoordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.\nSupport employee/agent documentation and other HR-related processes.\nAssist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities as required.\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\nTrack recruitment KPIs, pipeline activity, joining ratios, and overall hiring performance.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of HR/Recruitment experience within the UAE/Dubai real estate industry is mandatory.\nProven experience recruiting Real Estate Agents on a commission-only basis is mandatory.\nStrong understanding of the Dubai real estate recruitment market and available talent pool.\nProven ability to independently manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle.\nStrong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.\nExperience working with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.\nGood knowledge of general HR operations and documentation.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced real estate environment.\nImmediate availability / ability to join immediately is mandatory.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary package
