You will work closely with project teams to deliver efficient and effective HVAC solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, calculate, and specify HVAC systems in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.\nCollaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.\nPrepare detailed HVAC layouts, schematics, and technical documentation using BIM and CAD software.\nConduct site inspections and supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment.\nPerform troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure system performance and reliability.\nEnsure HVAC systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations.\nCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in HVAC engineering, preferably in the construction industry in UAE.\nProficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HAP.\nSound knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.\nFamiliarity with UAE building codes and regulations is preferred.\nFluency in English;
