issues.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in the construction industry.\nProficiency in CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.\nFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks
