Ensure all site operations comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards (OSHA/local equivalents).\nBudgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, review construction draw requests, and track operational expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate financial risks associated with material delays or labor shortages.\nSite Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to evaluate construction progress, enforce quality control, and resolve on-site operational bottlenecks.\nCross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Legal departments to ensure operational alignment with the company's broader financial and business objectives.\nReporting & Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly operational reports for the executive team, detailing project timelines, budget variances, and risk assessments.\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience: 5+ years of operational or project management experience within the real estate development, commercial real estate, or construction industry.\nIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate development process, including entitlement, design phases, construction methods, and property management.\nFinancial Acumen: Strong ability to read and manage complex
