consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.\nAnalyse project performance and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.\nTrack critical path activities and ensure timely execution of key milestones.\nConduct delay analysis and assist in developing mitigation and recovery plans.\nReview contractor and subcontractor programmes and ensure alignment with project objectives.\nMonitor planned vs. actual progress and maintain accurate project records.\nParticipate in project planning meetings and provide updates on programme status.\nSupport resource planning, productivity monitoring, and forecasting.\nEnsure planning and reporting processes are aligned with project requirements and company standards.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\nProven experience in planning and project controls within the construction industry.\nPrevious experience specifically serving as a Senior Planning Engineer is mandatory.\nExperience working on luxury, high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, or premium construction projects is highly preferred.\nStrong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and project controls.\nAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.\nStrong knowledge of project scheduling, progress measurement, critical path analysis, and delay analysis.\nExcellent understanding of construction methodologies and project execution.\nStrong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work
