SMM Manager (real estate)

We are looking for an experienced SMM Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing to join our team in Tbilisi.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the local real estate market, knows how to create content that attracts buyers and investors, and can build a premium brand presence across social media channels.

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience working for real estate developers, real estate agencies, property investment companies, or related real estate brands in Georgia. Experience with premium or luxury real estate projects will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for real estate projects and corporate brand channels
• Create and manage content plans aligned with sales, marketing, and brand objectives
• Generate content ideas focused on real estate, investment opportunities, lifestyle, and project updates
• Coordinate and participate in property, lifestyle, and promotional shoots
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing stakeholders to produce high-quality content
• Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand communication
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement and business results
• Monitor local market trends, competitors, and audience preferences
• Support project launches, events, and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• 3+ years of SMM experience

• Proven experience in the real estate industry is mandatory

• Portfolio demonstrating successful real estate social media projects
• Excellent visual taste and understanding of premium brand positioning
• Experience organizing and managing content production, including property shoots
• Ability to work with analytics and measure the effectiveness of content initiatives
• Strong copywriting and communication skills

• Fluent Georgian and English.
