contractual agreements, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) / Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).\nCost Tracking & Variance Analysis: Continuously monitor site commitments, actual costs, equipment hire, materials usage, and labor expenses against baseline budgets to identify cost variances early.\n Earned Value & Forecasting: Perform monthly Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) analyses; generate Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) reports.\nCash Flow Management: Prepare monthly project cash flow forecasts, monitor cash inflow/outflow projections, and reconcile site expenditure with finance teams.\nChange Order & Variation Review: Evaluate the financial impact of scope changes, variation orders, and subcontractor claims alongside Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers.\nSubcontractor & Supplier Cost Audits: Audit and review subcontractor interim payment applications, purchase orders, and supplier invoices prior to payment approvals.\n Management Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVR), financial progress reports, and risk exposure dashboards for project leadership.\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Finance/Accounting.\nExperience: 7-10+ years of dedicated project cost control experience within civil, commercial building, or large-scale infrastructure construction projects.\nSoftware Proficiency:\nAdvanced expertise in MS Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, macros).\nStrong proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP, Oracle Primavera Unifier, or PRISM).\nFamiliarity with scheduling software (Primavera P6) to align cost profiles with project progress.\nKey Competencies:\nDeep understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).\nStrong knowledge of construction financial
