monthly commercial performance reports.\n Contract Administration: Administer FIDIC contracts (Red/Yellow Books), manage conditions of contract, and advise project managers on risk mitigation and contractual rights.\nSubcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractor procurement, review tender submissions, conduct price comparisons, negotiate terms, and finalize subcontract awards.\n Variations & Claims: Evaluate, negotiate, and settle commercial variation orders, claims for additional payments, extension of time (EOT) costs, and final accounts.\n Valuations & Cash Flow: Prepare monthly interim payment applications (IPAs) for clients/consultants, verify subcontractor payment certificates, and monitor project cash flow projections.\nAuditing & Dispute Resolution: Conduct cost audits, maintain risk registers, and support commercial resolution or arbitration/dispute proceedings when required.\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Commercial Management.\nProfessional Chartership: MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent is strongly preferred.\nExperience: 8-12+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 4-5 years within the UAE/GCC market managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects.\n Contractual Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of FIDIC suit of contracts, standard methods of measurement (POMI, NRM2, CESMM4), and Dubai Municipality/local authority frameworks.\nSoftware Skills: Advanced proficiency in CostX, Candy (CCS), AutoCAD, Excel (advanced
