The role provides strategic leadership across Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Fraud, Tax Transparency, and Anti-Bribery, while fostering a strong risk culture throughout the organization. Working closely with the Front Office, Risk and local crime risks across all jurisdictions.\nThis role can be located in Switzerland, London or Luxembourg.\nCompliance teams, the Group MLRO Financial Crime Framework ensures the effective management of financial\nDefine the Group's Financial Crime strategy, governance model, and control framework;\nDevelop, implement, and maintain the Group Financial Crime framework covering Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Fraud Prevention, Terrorist Financing, Tax Transparency, and Anti-Bribery;\nEnsure that Financial Crime risks are effectively identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated across the Group;\nEmbed Financial Crime risk management principles in close collaboration with Wealth Management, Risk, and other business functions;\nOversee the implementation and continuous enhancement of the CLM framework, including onboarding, KYC, due diligence, periodic reviews, transaction monitoring scenarios and offboarding processes;\nOversee Financial Crime risk assessments at Group level and ensure alignment across jurisdictions;\nCoordinate and provide functional leadership to local MLROs and Financial Crime teams across the Group through a strong dotted-line management model;\nPromote consistency in Financial Crime controls, methodologies, and risk management practices across all entities and jurisdictions;\nAct as the principal point of coordination for Financial Crime matters with regulators, auditors, and other control functions;\n University degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related discipline;\nProfessional certifications in Financial Crime Compliance or AML would be recommended;\n7-10 years of experience in Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, AML, or Regulatory Affairs within the banking or financial industry;\nDemonstrated experience managing complex cross-border Financial Crime risks and regulatory requirements;\nProven ability to operate effectively in a global matrix environment and provide functional leadership across jurisdictions;\nExcellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities;\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex matters to senior executives;\nFluent in English ;
