candidate will combine full-stack development expertise, prompt engineering, \nand AI-assisted coding to build, enhance, debug, and optimize modern web applications. \nYou will work in a design-led development environment where Markdown-based playbooks, \narchitecture guidelines, component standards, and UI/UX conventions guide the \ndevelopment process. \n\nKey Responsibilities \n• Develop and enhance scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, \nGraphQL, and Prisma ORM. \n• Design and implement GraphQL APIs, queries, mutations, schemas, and \nintegrations. \n• Develop and maintain database models, relationships, queries, and migrations using \nPrisma ORM. \n• Leverage AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI \nCodex, Kiro, and similar tools to accelerate development. \n• Create, test, and refine AI prompts to generate accurate, maintainable, and context\naware code. \n• Use AI-assisted development for feature implementation, debugging, refactoring, \noptimization, and code reviews. \n• Interpret Markdown-based architecture and design documentation and translate \nrequirements into production-ready applications. \n• Follow established standards for API architecture, reusable components, database \ndesign, coding patterns, and UI/UX implementation. \n• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using a combination of AI-assisted \ndebugging and conventional development practices. \n• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and business teams to deliver reliable \nproduct features. \n• Contribute to improving AI-assisted development workflows, prompts, \ndocumentation, and coding standards. \n• Ensure AI-generated code is secure, efficient, scalable, testable, and maintainable. \n\nMandatory Skills & Experience \nCore Technical Skills — Mandatory \n• Strong hands-on experience with GraphQL \no GraphQL schema design \no Queries and mutations \no Resolvers \no API integrations \no GraphQL best practices \n• Strong hands-on experience with Prisma ORM \no Prisma Schema \no Database modeling and relationships \no CRUD operations \no Prisma Client \no Migrations \no Query optimization \n• Node.js – strong development experience. \n• React.js – hands-on experience building modern web applications. \n• Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration. \n• Good understanding of relational databases and data modeling. \n• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript. \n\nAI & Prompt Engineering — Mandatory \n• Strong practical understanding of Prompt Engineering for software development. \n• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as: \no Cursor \no GitHub Copilot \no Claude Code \no OpenAI Codex \no Kiro \no Amazon CodeWhisperer \no Lovable \no Other AI-powered development tools \n• Ability to provide effective prompts and context to AI coding agents for generating \nand modifying production-quality code. \n• Ability to review, validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying \non generated output blindly. \n• Experience using AI tools for development, debugging, refactoring, testing, and \noptimization.\n\nPreferred Skills \n• Experience with TypeScript. \n• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases. \n• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP. \n• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns. \n• Experience working with Markdown-based development guidelines or AI coding \nplaybooks. \n• Experience integrating AI tools into software development workflows. \n• Exposure to automated
