We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next Front Office Associate!
As a Front Office Associate, you are the customer’s first point of contact, both over the phone and in-person. Your passion for providing outstanding customer service directly contributes to the high level of customer satisfaction that Miracle-Ear is known for.
Individuals with experience inoffice administration or customer service as a front desk receptionist, clinic coordinator, medical receptionist, or front desk agent, would be a good fit for this role. We’re seeking individuals who would have a positive impact on our customers and possess the organizational and technical skills to complete administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer journey as the first point of contact, by setting expectations for their experience and delivering a quality customer experience
- Scheduling, screening, and confirming new appointments through inbound and outbound calling
- Provide customer resolution to any concerns or questions
- Communicate all relevant customer information to the Hearing Care Professional
- Collect and record customer payments
- Maintain the customer database by updating office records
- Inform the customer about hearing care accessory options
- Handle walk-ins for existing customers
- Help run office promotions by participating in any marketing and social media initiatives
- Support hearing aid maintenance, cleaning and repairs.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Administrative, front office, or patient care coordinator background
- Experience in a direct customer support role
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calling
- Appointment scheduling and quality phone etiquette
- Sales-minded and takes initiative
- Adaptable and detail oriented, with an outgoing, positive demeanor
- Computer literacy, ability to accurately document and file records
Benefits
Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
Location Support: This position will support both the Hartsdale and Yonkers locations following a standard schedule (Yonkers Mon & Thurs / Hartsdale Tues & Fri / alternating every Wed)
Compensation: $18/hour + monthly bonus opportunity
