pipelines and execution strategies.\nTech Stack\nPython (primary language)\nNumPy, numba, PyTorch / JAX\nRequirements\nExperience in a Senior ML Engineer or ML Lead role.\nProven track record of developing profitable ML models or trading strategies.\nFundamental knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and probability theory.\nAbility to operate in high-uncertainty environments: formulating your own hypotheses and validating them against data.\nExperience in writing high-performance, production-ready code.\nNice to Have\nExperience in algorithmic trading or deep domain expertise in cryptocurrency markets.\nProficiency in C++ (specifically for reading and optimizing latency-critical code paths).\nStrong academic background: competition accolades, Kaggle achievements, scientific
