With the primary focus of this role being to sell as many destination attractions as possible to hotel guests in UAE, your role will be to use all our existing distribution to influence the sale of our tickets through hotel desks and concierge desks. Your role will be to maintain a very regular contact frequency with the front-line salespeople, to provide regular activities with the teams to keep them connected to our incredible destination and to provide frequent training and destination updates so that our parks are always front of mind\nJob responsibility\nManage end-to-end hotel sales channel for UAE hotels with key focus on Abu Dhabi hotel sales.\nDevelop and implement the marketing collaterals strategy in hotels in UAE (Digital and Print)\nDevelop initiatives along with Transportation Team to improve the ridership in UAE\nDevelop and maintain market leading relationships with key personnel in the hotel sales distribution chain including relevant DMC partners, hotel desk staff, concierge staff and hotel management teams\nIdentify new distribution opportunities and ensure that Miral Destinations and assets are front & center of attraction point of sale in hotel environments. Understand hotel guest mix and source market mix to ensure attention is focused on hotels with best yield or volume opportunities\nMonitor monthly sales from Concierge and Sales Team and keep management informed of all trends and developments\nLiaise with hotel Marketing teams and B2B Marketing Teams (MD) to ensure we provide required marketing collateral in Guest-facing areas in respective hotels.\nCoaching and conducting appraisals for direct reports.\nBuild and strengthen relationships with existing and new partners, industry organizations to enable future bookings. Activities include individual sales calls, prospective client entertainment, FAM trips, etc.\nUnderstands the overall market competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.\nContribute to the success of projects & overall sales strategy of the Hotel Product and Sales Team\nWork closely with hotel commercial and marketing teams and maintain strong relationships with hotel front line sales team.\nSupport Head of Sales with any initiative/action plan, assign tasks.\nMaintains sales team results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.\nWork closely with international teams and maintain strong relationships with DMCs who own travels desk at the hotels.\nMake ongoing recommendations for cost-effective improvements to our processes where you see opportunities to drive growth\nConduct product training & educational webinars for hotels as and when possible\nManage end to end hotel sales channel for UAE Hotels with expansion of Hotel Partnership penetration to other emirates apart from AUH Hotels.\nKeep hotel channels updated with all latest news and developments from our destinations by maintaining and using CRM system\nRecommend and implement new product developments to reflect what the market requirements are for hotel guests\nJob Essentials\n· Bachelor’s degree\n· Good written and spoken English\n· Full driving license\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in proactive sales within UAE.\n· Account management and business development experience\n· Great conversationalist with strong interpersonal skills\n· Experience of managing sales contract agreements\n· Previous experience working with hotel / attractions\n· Strong communication skills (telephone sales, verbal, listening, writing, presentation platform)\n· Strong multi-tasking organizational skills\n· Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills\n· Comfortable
