As brand ambassadors and the first point of contact for new joiners, the team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional colleague and stakeholder experiences.\nWe are looking for a Colleague Experience Coordinator who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves diverse HR administrative and operational responsibilities and works closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders across all parks and departments.\nKey Responsibilities\nFlexibility, Cross-Training & Teamwork\nWork flexibly across all CX streams including Onboarding, HR Operations, Transport, Accommodation, and Offboarding\nCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve shared goals\nMaintain positive, professional communication at all times\nCustomer & Colleague Experience\nAct as a brand ambassador and face of HR, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression\nRespond confidently to colleague inquiries with strong knowledge of HR processes and policies\nManage difficult conversations professionally and in line with policy\nDeliver services in line with customer service standards, KPIs, and timelines\nProcess Excellence & Compliance\nProcess HR transactions accurately in line with policies, procedures, and legal requirements\nEnsure government processes, approvals, and deadlines are met\nMaintain high data accuracy across all systems and documentation\nSupport and deliver parts of the Colleague Induction Program\nHCM Data & File Management\nMaintain accurate colleague data within the HCM system\nOrganize, store, and safeguard personnel files and sensitive documents\nReview and action required approvals\nOffice & Operations Support\nRaise and follow up on PRs and complete GRNs\nManage stationery and operational inventory levels\nCX Stream Duties (including but not limited to):\nHR Service Desk: First point of contact for HR queries and service requests\nOnboarding: Welcome new colleagues and families, verify documentation, prepare employment contracts, support visas and inductions\nHR Operations: Manage helpdesk queries, lifecycle data updates, company letters, and visa processes\nOffboarding: Coordinate departures, clearances, payroll finalization, visas, flights, and cargo\nTransport: Support duty and leisure transport services and schedules\nAccommodation: Support colleagues in company accommodation, check-ins/outs, and maintenance requests\nBusiness Contribution\nContribute to colleague satisfaction, engagement, and overall business success\nQualifications & Experience\nEssential\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n1-2 years of experience in Human Resources\nStrong spoken and written English\nExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills\nStrong administrative skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines\nDesirable\nPostsecondary education in HR or a related field\nOracle HRMS experience\nAdditional language skills\nShape the Future With Us\nAt Miral Experiences, we don’t just create world-class destinations - we create unforgettable memories for our guests and remarkable careers for our people.\nFrom theme parks and attractions to guest services and behind-the-scenes roles, every member of our team plays a part in delivering exceptional experiences.
