for potential training enhancement.\nMentor other trainers in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical training.\nMaintain safe and healthy training environment by following Miral’s standards and legal regulations, ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved.\nAssist the Technical Training Director in managing the training degree in engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics).\nRecognized trainer experience in the area of expertise (Mechanical).\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in technical training.\nAt least 3 years in a management role, preferably in a technical or training-related environment\nHands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs, with a focus on preventive maintenance, safety, and compliance.\nAdvanced, hands-on knowledge of industrial hydraulics and electro-hydraulics.\nProficiency with measuring and metrology instruments (precision measurement tools).\nStrong mechanical maintenance skills, including inspection, assembly/disassembly, alignment, and component replacement.\nAbility to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, hydraulic/pneumatic circuits, and schematics.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).\nMust be able to instruct in front of large groups of individuals or provide one-on-one training as necessary.\nMust possess the ability to read and understand various technical manuals, drawings and circuits.\nCommunication and presentation skills. \nProgramming and setup of training modules.\nAbility to design and write knowledge-based programs.\nDesirable:\n8+ years of experience in technical training, engineering, or a related technical field.\n5+ years in a management role, preferably in a technical or training-related environment.\nRecognized trainer experience in more than one area of expertise (Electrical and Mechanical).\nWelding procedures and machining fundamentals.\nKnowledge of electrical control circuits with relays (relay logic).\nPLC programming and troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of sensors and industrial instrumentation.\nPractical skill in one or more additional trades beyond the mechanical core (e.g., electrical, electronics, PLC).\nAdvanced knowledge of industry standards and best practices for technical training (e.g., inspections and regulatory compliance).\nProficient in the use of technical training tools, simulation technologies, and learning management systems
