Learn more at www.mirantis.com.\n We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded, highly organized, and detail-oriented Field Marketing Manager to own the planning and execution of field marketing programs across EMEA.\nYou will work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and the global field marketing team to turn business priorities into programs that drive target-account engagement, meetings, pipeline creation, and deal progression.\nWhat You'll Do:\nEMEA Field Marketing & Event Execution\nExecute EMEA field marketing programs aligned with global GTM priorities and regional Sales objectives.\nManage the EMEA event and field marketing calendar and coordinate multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nPartner with Sales to identify target accounts, territory priorities, and commercial opportunities.\nOwn end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, networking events, executive dinners, VIP experiences, partner events, and brand activations.\nDevelop event briefs and workback plans, managing logistics, staffing, registration, booth requirements, merchandise, shipping, and onsite operations.\nManage event organizers, venues, agencies, and vendors, including contracts, purchase requests, invoices, and deliverables.\nProvide onsite support and travel to domestic and international events as required.\nCommercial & Cross-Functional Alignment\nAlign field programs with Sales on territory priorities, target accounts, and commercial objectives, engaging SDR leadership on event-related needs as required.\nDrive target-account engagement, meeting generation, and pipeline contribution in partnership with Sales and Demand Generation.\nCoordinate event outreach and lead handoff with Sales and Demand Generation, aligning on campaign targeting, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.\nOwn field-specific assets, including event invitations, landing pages, event briefs, and onsite engagement materials.\nCollaborate with partners and channel teams on joint programs, adapting global campaigns for EMEA markets.\nRegional Market Intelligence & Program Optimization\nGather EMEA market and customer insights to inform global marketing and regional GTM priorities.\nTrack engagement, meetings, pipeline contribution, and ROI; maintain accurate Salesforce data and report on program performance.\nManage assigned budgets, track spend, and recommend program optimizations.\nAI-Augmented Marketing Operations\nUse AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.\nApply AI-assisted approaches to content development, event planning, research, data analysis, and reporting while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing processes through practical use of AI and automation, sharing effective approaches with the wider marketing team.\n Required:\n4-6 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related role.\nB2B technology experience required;
