You will operate as a delivery leader and trusted advisor, working directly with clients to shape, guide, and execute high-impact programs - often in fast-evolving and ambiguous environments.\nYou’ll partner closely with engineers, architects, and client stakeholders to translate business goals into executable plans, while ensuring delivery excellence and long-term customer success.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and AI/data initiatives\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and guiding them through complex technical programs\nTranslate business objectives into clear delivery plans, aligning stakeholders across client and internal teams\nWork closely with engineering teams to understand technical tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks to drive execution\nManage delivery in iterative and evolving environments, especially for projects where scope and outcomes may develop over time\nProactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive practical, outcome-oriented resolutions\nEnsure strong financial and commercial management of projects, including scope control, change management, and margin awareness\nFacilitate clear, concise communication across all levels, including executive stakeholders\nContribute to account growth by identifying follow-on opportunities and helping shape new engagements\nContinuously improve delivery practices, bringing structure where needed while maintaining flexibility for innovation\n What You Bring\n5+ years of experience managing client-facing technical projects in a professional services or consulting environment\nProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with distributed teams\nStrong client presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor\nSolid technical fluency - you can “speak engineering” and understand how systems are built, even if you’re not hands-on\nExperience working in cloud-native environments (e.g., Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems)\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation\nA pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset -
