Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25%\n We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to design, build, and optimize advanced contact center solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS services, and programming skills to deliver seamless, intelligent, and scalable customer engagement solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR solutions, and call routing strategies.\nConfigure routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messaging, and business hours/holiday routing within Amazon Connect.\nDevelop AWS Lambda functions and integrate Amazon Connect with DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and other AWS services.\nBuild and support integrations with CRM platforms, third-party applications, APIs, and backend systems.\nImplement conversational AI and chatbot solutions using Google Dialogflow CX or similar platforms.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect, AWS services, and contact center operations.\nSupport CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable contact center solutions.\n 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and building Amazon Connect contact flows with DynamoDB and Lambda.\nStrong experience in call routing design (routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messaging, and dynamic business hours/holiday routing).\nSkilled in building AWS Lambda-based custom logic for enhancing contact center operations.\nProficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java with AWS Lambda API integration.\nFamiliarity with version control tools (GIT, GitHub, TFS).\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or GoCD.\nProven expertise in Amazon Connect, including portal widget integration, CRM integration, chatbot development, email, and SMS solutions.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nNice to have:\n Experience in contact center environments (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, etc.).\n Build Call flow designs and integration to backend
