As a Full Stack Engineer, you will develop scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and modern web applications using Golang and React. You will work with modern cloud technologies, solve complex engineering challenges, and contribute to reliable, high-performance solutions that support evolving business needs.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Golang.\nBuild responsive, reusable, and user-friendly web applications using React, and modern frontend development practices.\n Integrate frontend applications with backend services, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems to enable seamless data exchange and business workflows.\n Develop and enhance cloud-native applications and distributed systems, contributing to reliable, scalable, and efficient application architectures.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code; participate in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting to maintain application stability and reliability.\nIdentify and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and contribute to continuous improvements across the development lifecycle.\nWork closely with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, using approved AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to improve productivity and code quality.\n 5+ years of professional software development experience.\n3+ years of hands-on experience developing frontend applications using React.\n3+ years of experience in Go programming, backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure.\nHands-on experience with distributed systems, API integrations, and application design.\nExperience with relational or NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.\nUnderstanding of application security, performance optimization, debugging, and production support.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nNice To Have\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures.\nExperience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.\nExposure to conversational AI, chatbot applications, or AI-powered solutions.\nFamiliarity with real-time communication, voice integrations, or telephony technologies.\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability
