You will use Java and Spring Boot to develop scalable backend services, React with TypeScript to create responsive user experiences, and Node.js where appropriate for supporting components.\nThe role suits a hands-on engineer with strong software development fundamentals who can take features from detailed technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), or contact center solutions is an advantage\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and established software engineering practices.\nBuild modern web applications using React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interaction patterns.\nDevelop and consume REST APIs using an API-first approach; maintain clear OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and error handling.\nContribute to the design of modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and appropriate object-oriented and event-driven design patterns.\nUse Node.js where appropriate for lightweight services, backend-for-frontend components, integrations, or development tooling.\nContribute to the design and optimization of PostgreSQL data models and queries with attention to integrity, performance, and audit history.\nImplement and support reliable integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, messaging, and other appropriate integration patterns.\nContainerize applications and contribute to cloud-based deployment patterns, configuration management, and environment consistency.\nBuild and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and repeatable deployments.\nInstrument applications with structured logging, metrics, tracing, and actionable error reporting.\nTroubleshoot functional and production issues and improve application performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability.\nCollaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other engineers through design sessions, code reviews, planning, and continuous improvement.\n 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, including contribution to production applications.\nHands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.\nFrontend development experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.\nFamiliarity with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.\nExperience developing REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments.\nStrong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.\nExperience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications.\nExcellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation and participate in client-facing workshops.\nKnowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure API design.\nExperience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging and event-streaming technologies.\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tooling, and secure software delivery practices.Nice to have:\n\nExperience with Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), contact center, or customer service solutions.\nExperience with AWS, Amazon Connect, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Twilio, or similar communication technologies.\nKnowledge of workforce optimization and contact center operations, including forecasting, scheduling, routing, and adherence.\nExperience integrating enterprise applications with CRM, HR, identity, payroll, and analytics platforms.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.\n
