Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25%.\n We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications that power Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), and operational business processes. You will use Java and Spring Boot to develop scalable backend services, React with TypeScript to create responsive user experiences, and Node.js where appropriate for supporting components. The role suits a hands-on engineer with strong software development fundamentals who can take features from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), or contact center solutions is an advantage\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and established software engineering practices.\nBuild modern web applications using React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interaction patterns.\nDevelop and consume REST APIs using an API-first approach; maintain clear OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and error handling.\nDesign modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and appropriate object-oriented and event-driven design patterns.\nUse Node.js where appropriate for lightweight services, backend-for-frontend components, integrations, or development tooling.\nDesign and optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries with attention to integrity, performance, and audit history.\nDesign and implement reliable integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, messaging, and other appropriate integration patterns.\nContainerize applications and contribute to cloud-based deployment patterns, configuration management, and environment consistency.\nBuild and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and repeatable deployments.\nInstrument applications with structured logging, metrics, tracing, and actionable error reporting.\nTroubleshoot functional and production issues and improve application performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability.\nCollaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other engineers through design sessions, code reviews, planning, and continuous improvement.\n 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, including ownership of production applications.\nStrong hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, particularly Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.\nSolid frontend development experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.\nFamiliarity with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.\nProven experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments.\nStrong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.\nExperience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications.\nExcellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation and lead client-facing workshops.\nKnowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure API design.\nExperience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging and event-streaming technologies.\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tooling, and secure software delivery practices.\nNice to have:\nExperience developing Workforce Management (WFM) applications or integrating with WFM platforms.\nExperience with AWS services and Amazon Connect\nExperience building applications for CX solutions, contact centers, or customer service environments, including voice infrastructure or integrations using FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Twilio, or comparable communications platforms.\nKnowledge of forecasting, scheduling, adherence, routing, agent desktop, digital channels, or related operational concepts.\nExperience integrating applications with CRM, identity, HR, payroll, analytics, or other
