This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys combining project coordination with technology and automation. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Program Manager, supporting day-to-day project operations, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication while contributing to internal process improvement initiatives.\nWe are looking for someone with strong growth potential who can quickly expand beyond administrative responsibilities and evolve into a more advanced project management, operations, or technical role within the organization. A key differentiator for this position is a demonstrated interest in programming and automation, enabling you to build lightweight solutions that improve PMO efficiency and reduce dependency on development teams.\nResponsibilities\nProvide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the Program Manager.\nMaintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and PMO records to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nPrepare presentations, status reports, meeting materials, and executive communications.\nCoordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and action-item tracking.\nFacilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and business functions.\nMonitor project activities and assist in tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across PMO processes and workflows.\nDevelop and maintain lightweight internal tools, automations, dashboards, and scripts to improve operational efficiency.\nAssist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support project and program decision-making.\nExplore and adopt emerging productivity technologies, including AI-powered solutions and workflow automation platforms.\n Demonstrated technical aptitude through academic projects, certifications, personal initiatives, or a GitHub portfolio.\nWorking knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar.\nExposure to scripting, automation, data processing, or workflow optimization projects.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nStrong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.\nNice To Have\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.\nExperience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Microsoft Project.\nExposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nExperience with workflow automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code/no-code tools.\nUnderstanding of AI-assisted productivity tools and modern workplace technologies.\nExperience creating personal, academic, or freelance technical projects demonstrating problem-solving and
