The NOC Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for monitoring, administration, and operational support of Linux, Windows, and cloud-based infrastructure in a 24/7 production environment. This role focuses on maintaining system availability, resolving technical issues, supporting operational processes, and ensuring the stability and performance of critical business systems.\nAs part of a round-the-clock operations team, the successful candidate will participate in a rotating shift schedule and play a key role in supporting mission-critical infrastructure and services.\nThe ideal candidate has strong system administration experience, solid troubleshooting skills, and hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, networking fundamentals, and infrastructure monitoring tools.\nResponsibilities\nProvide operational support for a 24/7 NOC environment supporting Linux and Windows-based systems.\nOperate, maintain, and manage Linux and Windows systems supporting production operations.\nPerform data backup and recovery activities.\nMonitor, manage, and maintain Linux and Windows servers and applications.\nCreate and maintain environment-specific operating procedures and documentation.\nCreate, manage, and maintain user accounts and group memberships in Active Directory.\nPerform daily system monitoring, ensuring system integrity, availability, and successful completion of scheduled jobs and backups.\nDefine, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve support requests in an organized and efficient manner.\nAdminister and monitor cloud-based infrastructure and managed services.\nDevelop, maintain, and utilize automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.\nAssist with patch management in Linux and Windows environments.\nCreate and maintain operational, configuration, and knowledge base documentation.\nLead shift operations when required.\n 4+ years of experience in Linux and Windows system administration.\nExperience supportingproduction infrastructure in a 24/7 operational environment.\nStrong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration. \nExperience with system and application monitoring in production environments\nHands-on knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, IP networking, and network troubleshootin g.\nExperience administering Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Security.\nExperience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies such as AWS, Azure, VMware, and Hyper-V.\nExperience developing automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.\nWorking knowledge of SQL queries and database troubleshooting.\nExperience with web server administration and configuration.\nExperience working with enterprise monitoring tools such as Nagios, Datadog, Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms.\nExperience managing incidents, documenting resolutions, and following operational procedures.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.
