This role exists to bridge internal business needs with Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring seamless configuration, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction across Miratech's internal teams. You will gather and analyze client requirements, map them to Odoo functionalities, and deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise will be key in configuring and customizing Odoo modules, conducting functional testing, and providing end-user training. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, manage the implementation lifecycle, and engage with clients through presentations and demos. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by optimizing business processes and supporting clients through every stage of their Odoo journey.\nResponsibilities:\nGather and analyze client requirements, map them to Odoo functionalities, and provide best-fit solutions, including functionality presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions\nConfigure and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes, working closely with technical teams on custom development and troubleshooting.\nConduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients to ensure solution quality and business alignment.\nProvide end-user training and documentation to support user adoption and ensure a smooth transition.\nManage the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely project delivery, client satisfaction, and successful solution deployment.\nAssist in preparing cost estimates, project timelines, and technical feasibility assessments to support project planning and execution.\nPerform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.\n 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or similar role\nBachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration\nUkrainian & English full working proficiency\nStrong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, HR\nOdoo certification and/or Project
