In this role, you will lead Agile teams in delivering innovative technology solutions that support digital transformation, platform modernization, and enterprise system integration initiatives. outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nLead and support multiple cross-functional Agile teams to ensure successful delivery of projects using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.\nFacilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) events.\nPartner with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, prioritize work, align scope with business objectives, and manage dependencies.\nDrive sprint and release planning activities to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.\nCoordinate across teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to remove blockers and ensure alignment on delivery goals.\nTrack team performance, delivery metrics, and progress against objectives and key results (OKRs).\nFacilitate estimation activities and support effective planning practices using Agile project management tools.\nCoach teams on Agile principles, servant leadership, and continuous improvement best practices.\nIdentify and resolve delivery risks, impediments, and process inefficiencies.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.\n 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or similar Agile leadership role.\nStrong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Agile events, release planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning.\nProven experience supporting multiple Agile teams in complex enterprise environments.\nStrong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery methodologies.\nExperience managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.\nHands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.\nExperience driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.\nDemonstrated ability to improve team performance, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.\nExperience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and distributed team environments.\nNice to Have\nSAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.\nExperience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.\nExposure to cloud-based applications, data platforms, or enterprise product development initiatives.\nExperience working with globally distributed teams.\nKnowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks.\nUnderstanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.\n We
